We are seeking candidates who are interested in working as German language tutor . As a German Tutor, you have the responsibilities to:

• Asses the Proficiency level and the objectives of each student

• Create Personalized lesson plan and tailored to individual need and goals.

• Administer language proficiency assessments to evaluate students' current language skills.

• Provide constructive feedback on students' performance, focusing on areas of improvement and offering guidance on how to enhance their language abilities.

• Create opportunities for language immersion through discussions, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to enhance conversational skills and confidence.

• Develop or select appropriate teaching materials, textbooks, and multimedia resources to support language learning.

• Stay updated with the latest teaching technologies and integrate them into the teaching process.

• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and assessments

• Conduct regular assessments to track students' language proficiency and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

• Provide support and encouragement to boost students' confidence in using the German language.

We are looking for qualified and experienced tutors to deliver high-quality training at our unique technology-driven training centers. The training center offers IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, CELPIP, and Duolingo training, with effective and proven online/offline test prep material. We provide hundreds of hours of video guides, and mock tests, with a personalized approach, and trackable, verbal-oriented lessons.
 

Responsibilities :

1. Teach IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, CELPIP, and Duolingo to the students through classroom and online sessions.

2. Coach on all the modules of IELTS/PTE - Writing, Reading, Listening & Speaking.

3. Devise and prepare course structure and material as required, especially for PTE. Tutor students online for the IELTS/PTE course.     

4. Prepare and set lesson plans, classroom activities, tests, and exercises. Prepare extra Materials for the practice purpose.

5. Conduct demo and mock tests, giving feedback and advising students on areas of improvement.

6. Assist students with coursework through individualized instruction/classes, computer-assisted instruction, and self-study courses.

7. Contribute to ongoing program development, curriculum development, and assessment. Ensure basic training decorum and discipline are maintained during the program.

8. Prepare and maintain reports on the improvement of student learning and scores.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, CELPIP, and Duolingo teaching experience.

• Certifications (PTE, ETS, GMAC, CELTA, etc.) and experience teaching general English would be a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Should have a strong interest in teaching the students and be highly motivated to ensure the students achieve high scores.

• Result-oriented, with an ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Enthusiasm to learn new concepts/practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• SOP writing as per the country

• Assessment of profile: The abroad education consultant will look into, understand and evaluate the student’s profile and then provide and recommend them with the best study courses and suitable program in international colleges.

• Selecting the University: The overseas study consultant will help the students find the best University with international recognition and top-quality education. The expert will guide and advise a student to make a final decision about the University of their choice. They offer guidance to the students regarding scopes, the student hub, etc.

• Admission Processing: The study consultants will help students fill up their admission forms in an easy and hassle-free manner, getting ready the financial documents, paperwork processing, and applying for a visa. Most well-known overseas education consultants also guide their students regarding the admission time of different colleges and universities, approximate expenses, fee structure, and more. They make all the arrangements for the admission of a student. Firstly, they will bring the student to the expected level of qualifying tests. The result of the qualifying exam will determine the future plan. Besides assisting with the admission procedure, they also help students in identifying their strengths and weaknesses
